Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Computer Science Educator focused on teaching Python and core computing concepts including other technologies like simple web and block based app development. The educator will design and deliver clear, engaging lessons, create supporting instructional materials, and adapt content for different learner levels and learning styles. Daily responsibilities include planning curricula, recording or facilitating online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and guidance.

The role also involves collaborating with curriculum designers, contributing to education research efforts,



and refining teaching practices based on learner data and platform analytics. If you have core frontend and/or backend coding skills which you can put to use to help us build and run our online platform that would be a huge plus. Ideally we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats simultaneously.

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science or a related field.

Proficiency and strong communication skills in English and Bengali.

Passion for teaching with proven skills in lesson planning and instructional design.

Proficiency in Python programming and core computer science concepts (e.g., algorithms, data structures, problem solving).

Experience teaching in online or blended environments, using digital tools and learning platforms will be a plus.

Robust communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse learners.

Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus.

Experience contributing to curriculum development, educational research, or learning analytics is beneficial. Salary
