Hardayal Pulp & Paper Projects is looking for a skilled CNC Operator with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC machines and strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines and monitor production processes.
- Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing company.
- Strong experience in CNC machine operation.
- Good technical knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

* Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused. Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components for pulp and paper machinery according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Daily tasks include interpreting technical blueprints, selecting tools and materials, loading and securing workpieces,



and adjusting machine settings to maintain optimal performance. The CNC Machine Operator will inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines, and document production data. Collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and quality control teams is required to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills, with experience in working to tight tolerances and using appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and adherence to inspection procedures.
- Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, diploma, or vocational training in mechanical, production, or related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience operating CNC machines in a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment, ideally in machinery or metal components production.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and technical documentation.
- Awareness of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow established safety and housekeeping standards.
- Valuable teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.
