Role Description This is a full-time, in office Compliance Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Compliance

Specialist will monitor and maintain adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements across electronics, electricals, and heavy machinery operations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing processes and documentation, conducting compliance audits, assessing risk, and supporting implementation of corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are understood, training is delivered, and compliance issues are promptly addressed.

Specialist will also prepare reports for management, assist with regulatory filings, and stay updated on changing laws and standards that impact the business.

Qualifications

Ability to manage compliance frameworks and processes, including strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.

Knowledge of Legal Compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing, electronics, electricals, and heavy machinery operations.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risk, analyze data, and recommend practical solutions.

Clear and professional Communication skills for preparing documentation, reports, and conducting training on compliance topics.

Bachelor’s degree in law, business, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., safety, quality, environmental regulations) is beneficial.

Attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
