The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The officer will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, identify compliance risks, and ensure the company maintains high ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

- Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements and update company policies accordingly.

- Conduct regular compliance audits and internal reviews.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.

- Investigate compliance issues, policy violations, and report findings to management.

- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies when required.

- Maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation.





- Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports.

- Monitor Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data privacy compliance where applicable.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional certifications in Compliance, AML, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance are preferred.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or regulatory affairs.

- Robust knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
