We want someone who reads it the day it is released, understands its operational implications, and builds a checklist before anyone asks. This role shapes how operations are designed — not just how they are documented.

Key Responsibilities Independently monitor SEBI circulars, exchange notifications, and regulatory updates

Translate regulatory requirements into clear operational SOPs, checklists, and workflows

Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, and audit-readiness documentation

Support SEBI/exchange inspections and broker audits — preparation, documentation, coordination

Handle KYC/AML compliance checks and ensure operational teams stay aligned

Manage and respond to SCORES complaints and investor grievances within regulatory timelines

Coordinate with operations, DP, and finance teams on compliance-linked process changes What We Are Looking For Robust ability to read, understand, and simplify SEBI and exchange regulations
