- Law graduates or students with an interest in financial market regulation
- Finance or commerce graduates who independently follow SEBI updates and can discuss them intelligently

This role shapes how operations are designed — not just how they are documented.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently monitor SEBI circulars, exchange notifications, and regulatory updates
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear operational SOPs, checklists, and workflows
- Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, and audit-readiness documentation
- Support SEBI/exchange inspections and broker audits — preparation, documentation, coordination
- Handle KYC/AML compliance checks and ensure operational teams stay aligned
- Manage and respond to SCORES complaints and investor grievances within regulatory timelines
- Coordinate with operations, DP, and finance teams on compliance-linked process changes

What We Are Looking For
- Strong ability to read, understand, and simplify SEBI and exchange regulations
- Excellent written communication — can draft responses, notices, SOPs, and compliance memos clearly




- Systems-oriented thinking — builds scalable processes, not one-off solutions
- CS / NISM / SEBI familiarity preferred; strong potential can substitute for formal certification
- 0–3 years of experience; CS student or articleship background fully qualifies

Nice to Have
- ICSI Executive or Qualified level student — Surat chapter members especially
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund) or Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification
- Experience handling SCORES complaints or preparing for SEBI/exchange inspections
- Background in CA firm doing broker audit work — you have seen what inspectors look for
