Position objective:

To ensure all necessary placement validation checks, and compliance checks are conducted within agreed timescales and in line with client policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.

Provide an effective and productive support service to internal and external workers, suppliers, customers and colleagues acting as a point of contact for queries relating to this area.

Key responsibilities:

Compliance:

Full understanding and fully competent with all Contracts Gen standard core tasks and processes and validations. Ability to process compliantly with ease and within the SLA set and to internal systems ensuring contractual documentation is accurately attached to the contractor portal each time.

Stage 1 of role – BAU items:

- Placements
- Extensions
- Amendments
- ETs
- Intime Provided
- Client confirmation validated and attached where required

Stage 2 of role including non-standard requests:

- Intime queries, commented documents -
- Stem Daily Document management – Crim dec, H&S;
- Freshdesk management – ensuring tickets are dealt with correctly within the SLA.
- Insurances – manage expiry ensuring we are compliance in line with standard and client specific requirements.
- Supplier documentation Expiry
- Bulk requests
- Calls
- Non-standard placements / ET/Ext’n and amends
- Perm placements
- Meeting individual and team objectives, KPI and SLAs with accuracy
- Ability to liaise clearly – with both Candidates, Suppliers, Front office, colleagues, and team members.
- Working closely and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Supporting the business and team with general queries
- Punctual, flexible, and reliable
- As a member of the Contracts team,



ability to provide support and back up or deal with additional requests made by the Team leader / management.

Have an understanding and be able to utilize the basic training within the PES / Screening area for cross training and support purposes including and not limited to:

- Access and knowledge of the Tifo system
- Knowledge of Proof of right to work legislation – up to date on Know-how course
- Compliance cases
- Checks
- Ability to support the Screening team
