- Assisting in drafting and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Supporting the executive team in preparing for board meetings and AGMs.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders, such as lawyers and regulatory authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Managing the company's corporate governance framework.
- Assisting in the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the company secretary and executive team.
