Role Overview FoxClub is expanding across residential communities and neighbourhood networks in Bengaluru. We are looking for confident, energetic interns who enjoy meeting parents, executing society-level events, and generating leads through on-ground marketing. This internship offers hands-on exposure to event execution, community marketing, and real-world brand building.

Target Execution: Cover 4 societies per week.

Team Structure: 1 Outreach Manager + 2–3 Field Support Interns.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute society events such as: Drawing competitions, Pottery workshops, Storytelling sessions, Kids activity meets, Parent networking events

Coordinate with society management committees for event permissions

Distribute flyers and promotional materials

Engage with parents and generate leads

Maintain lead database and share weekly updates

Support centre walk-ins and conversions

Coordinate with internal FoxClub team for event execution ? Field Work Requirement (Mandatory)



This is a field-based role involving weekend travel within Bengaluru. Candidate must be comfortable with outdoor/indoor event execution, interacting with parents and children, and visiting residential societies and coordinating with committees. Candidate must be open to field work and local travel.
