About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community Marketing Intern to support our marketing and business development activities. The intern will assist in managing email campaigns, newsletters, online communities, forums, LinkedIn engagement, Zoho User Groups, and Sales Navigator activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, community building, lead engagement, and B2B communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns. Support the creation and distribution of newsletters. Engage with online communities, forums, and relevant professional groups. Participate in Zoho User Groups other engagement platforms and support community interaction. Monitor and contribute to discussions in relevant forums and groups.

Perform

LinkedIn commenting and engagement on relevant industry posts. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads and prospects. Maintain lead lists and update engagement status.



Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups. Track responses, engagement, and basic campaign performance. Basic content writing ability.

Required Skills: Positive written communication skills. Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media engagement. Interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation. Ability to research and identify relevant communities and prospects. Basic knowledge of tools to track all.

Willingness to learn CRM, email marketing, and lead engagement tools. Consistent, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Understanding of B2B marketing. Interest in Zoho applications or business software solutions. Basic content writing ability.
