Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Community Management Intern at Specular Business Services. The intern will support online and offline community engagement initiatives, including monitoring social media channels, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions with audiences and clients.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting in planning and executing community campaigns,



gathering feedback from community members, and maintaining community guidelines and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and client-facing teams to share community insights, prepare simple reports, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and overall community experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement abilities to build relationships and encourage active participation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to respond professionally and clearly to community inquiries.
- Candidates should possess foundational Community Management skills to support moderation, interaction, and growth of online communities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online communities is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in digital marketing, startup ecosystems, and business growth services is an advantage.
