Through padel, pickleball, wellness, and thoughtfully curated experiences, we’re building a contemporary third place - a space outside home and work where strangers become friends, communities grow, and meaningful relationships are formed.

About the role At Coppa, our Community Manager is the heartbeat of the club.This isn’t a traditional community management role. You won’t be managing social media you’ll be building a real-world community through sport and experiences.

Your role is to make every member feel welcomed, included, and connected. You’ll host events, create memorable experiences, build relationships, and help shape the culture of Coppa.

If you genuinely enjoy bringing people together and creating environments where strangers become friends, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Welcome members and create a memorable first experience.

Build genuine relationships with members.

Host social mixers, leagues, beginner sessions, women’s events, and community experiences.

Introduce members to one another and help create meaningful connections.





Coordinate event logistics and ensure a seamless experience.

Capture photos and videos during events to showcase the Coppa community on social media.

Support WhatsApp communities and encourage member engagement.

Work closely with coaches and the operations team. Who We’re Looking For Someone who:

Loves meeting new people.

Is warm, energetic, and approachable.

Enjoys hosting events.

Has excellent communication skills.

Notices when someone feels left out.

Takes initiative and solves problems.

Is organized and dependable.

Experience in hospitality, events, sports, fitness, or community building is a bonus but not essential.
