We are hiring Business Development Associate cum Community Associate

- Build and manage a community of users or customers around a brand, product, or service.
- Onboarding members
- Daily engagement with members via email, social media, and our private community chat platform,
- Respond to inquiries, questions, and comments from community members promptly and professionally.
- Monitor online conversations and feedback to identify opportunities and issues to engage with the community and improve products or services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community influencers, such as bloggers, social media personalities, and brand advocates.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience, including through partnerships, programming, perks benefits, and other initiatives
- Managing the programming calendar - planning and executing 10-15 virtual events from end-to-end every month
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.




- Analyze community engagement metrics to track the success of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- The candidate should be person with sales background and active person.
- He should be a responsible, smart and punctual person.
- He should be on duty 24/7 whether in person or on phone.
- He should have the passion to make current customers and followup the prospective customers.
- 2 Yrs experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in education or coworking (online or offline) is an added advantage.

- Good communication & presentation skills are a must.
- Capable of independently dealing with situations and driving toward solutions.
- Should be out of the box thinker and creative.
- Should have entrepreneurial mindset.
- Should work passionately and complete all assigned responsibilities to show month on month improvement.
