We're looking for someone early-to-mid in their career who wants to grow with us; this isn't a fit for senior/leadership-level candidates. ? About Us:

Rangeet is a global education social enterprise that partners with governments, communities, private and public schools to equip every child, aged 6-16, with the skills essential to thrive.

Children enter a richly illustrated world filled with characters, poetry, games, stories, music, experiments, art and craft through our Social Emotional & Ecological Knowledge (SEEK)©️ curriculum. It nurtures knowledge, voice and agency around wellbeing, societal equity, ecological sustainability and digital citizenship.

SEEK™ is delivered through a digital platform that enables teachers and parents to act as agents of change and measure impact. Aligned with global educational frameworks, it can be taught as a stand-alone subject or used to enrich and supplement textbooks.

Grounded in the latest international learning science, SEEK makes education both joyful and future-ready.

Write blog posts and case studies for the Rangeet website and social media, based on existing field data, case studies reports, for review and approval before publishing.

Publish posts on social media and the blog, post-approval.

Work with internal team members for screenshots, assets, or other materials required for user manuals and communications collateral; collate and organise in a shared online folder. ? Additional Responsibilities: Assist the Fundraising team by vetting research.

Support the Curriculum team in checking consistency between new translations (English to Hindi/Marathi) and older translated files,

to maintain a consistent use of language. ?Requirements: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Media Studies, or a related discipline. You have 3–4 years of experience in content creation, communications, or a related role.

Experience with social media management, CMS platforms would be an advantage.

You are organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing accurate, well-presented work.

You have a strong sense of brand consistency and attention to detail; you notice when fonts, colours, or tone are off, and you care about getting it right.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (It’s a plus if this is true of Hindi and/or Marathi as well.) You are comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office for day-to-day work.

You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, following up proactively with team members, and meeting deadlines.

You demonstrate openness to feedback, a willingness to learn new tools, and a proactive approach to your own professional growth.

You are a collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and with field teams.

You are naturally curious, ask valuable questions, and are genuinely interested in the broader mission with an eye on growing your role and impact within the organisation year on year.

You are passionate about education and/or child development and social welfare. ? If interested:
