Role Overview As a Communications & Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of TMF online. From writing impact stories to managing social platforms, you will shape how people connect with our mission. Manage TMF’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Create engaging content — posts, stories, reels, graphics, newsletters, and blogs.

Work with the programs team to gather stories, photos, and testimonials from the field.

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.

Design digital marketing campaigns for events, fundraising,



and awareness.

Grow follower engagement and track performance via analytics tools.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and media partners as needed.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or any relevant field.

Strong portfolio of social media work and content writing is a plus.

Experience Requirement

1–3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or communications

Additional Requirement

Creative writing and storytelling (English and optionally Hindi/local language).

Social media fluency and trend awareness.

Basic graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Video editing or reel-making skills (basic level).

Robust time management and coordination skills.

Passion for social impact and nonprofit communication.
