Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Communications Expert supporting working professionals, toddlers (domestic), and students of all grades in Indian regions. The role involves designing and delivering clear, age-appropriate communication programs, including spoken and written communication practice, interactive sessions, and learning materials tailored to different learner groups.

The Communications

Expert will craft content and messaging for online classes, workshops, and resources, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility for diverse audiences. Daily tasks include planning and conducting live sessions, preparing communication exercises, providing feedback to learners,



and collaborating with academic and content teams to refine communication curricula. The role also includes maintaining consistent communication with caregivers, parents, and institutional partners, and using digital tools to track learner progress and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong general communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for toddlers, school students, and working professionals.
- Experience in strategic communications and internal communications, including planning messages and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in writing and preparing clear, engaging learning materials, scripts, and guidelines for different age groups.
- Ability to draft and refine press releases or formal announcements when required, maintaining professional tone and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Linguistics, Psychology, English, or a related field; advanced certifications in communication or teaching are an advantage.
- Experience in online teaching, coaching, or training, preferably with diverse age groups and cultural contexts across India.
- Comfort with digital platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic e-learning technologies; ability to manage remote sessions independently.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered mindset, with commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices.
