Role Description The Communications Designer will work full time on-site in the Pune District, collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to develop visual and communication materials that support Trek Panda’s brand and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts for digital and print channels, designing social media assets, trip brochures, presentations, and corporate collateral. The role involves translating brand strategy into clear visual communication, maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints, and adapting content for different audiences such as trekkers, corporate clients, and partners.

The Communications





Designer will also contribute ideas for campaigns, refine design concepts based on feedback, and ensure all materials align with Trek Panda’s eco-friendly and adventure-focused positioning.

Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in designing

Strong understanding of Communication Design and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging visual content.

Valuable knowledge of branding and creating designs that maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Experience designing for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar design tools.

A degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

An interest in travel, adventure, and outdoor brands is a big plus.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands why they're creating a design—not just how to create one.
