Role Description The Communication Trainer will deliver interactive, outcome-focused training sessions to learners, helping them develop strong spoken and written communication skills in qualified contexts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, facilitating group activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The role also involves developing and updating training materials, aligning curriculum with industry needs,



and collaborating with colleagues to improve training methodologies.

The Communication

Trainer will maintain accurate training records, support learner engagement and motivation, and participate in meetings and training-related events as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills to support diverse learner groups.

Candidates should possess Training and Curriculum Development skills to design and deliver effective sessions.

Candidates should possess Writing skills to create clear, engaging training content and learner feedback.

Candidates should have excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management abilities.

Candidates should have experience in vocational education, corporate training, or academic teaching (preferred).

Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Communications, English, Education, or related field); advanced certifications in training or soft skills are an advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for creating training materials and reports.

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Srinagar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
