Role Description

This part-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in the Vadodara, Gujarat.

The Commission Sales

Associate will engage with different Community Clubs, Colleges, Schools, Gyms, Coaching Institutes, Robotics Academy, Birthday planners, Cars, Motorbikes and Cycling Clubs and offer our services to them such Birthday parties, Fun events, Competitions, Team-building events. The tasks include greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about RC racing packages, processing sales and registrations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions.



The role also involves building relationships with local communities and organizations, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback on customer needs and trends to help grow the business. The position is commission-based, rewarding solid performance in generating sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage visitors and build trust quickly.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working toward sales targets or commission-based incentives.
- Basic marketing and promotional skills, such as assisting with events, campaigns, or social media outreach.
- Organizational and administrative skills to handle registrations, payments, and simple record-keeping accurately.
- Enthusiasm for motorsports, RC racing, or related hobbies, with a willingness to learn technical details of the arena’s offerings.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an asset.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or event-based sales is preferred but not mandatory.
