What You'll Do

1] Drive end-to-end sales closures for commercial office spaces and retail properties.

2] Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to convert qualified leads.

3] Build strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and Channel Partners.

4] Ensure timely deal closures while maintaining CRM updates and achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For :

1] 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, preferably in office spaces and retail properties.

2] Robust negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of high-value commercial transactions.

3] Experience working with developers, corporate clients, investors, and Channel Partners.

4] Excellent communication, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
