Role Description The Commercial Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role is responsible for managing commercial operations, including tracking contracts, proposals, quotations, and pricing for consulting services.

Officer will liaise with clients to understand requirements, prepare commercial documents, ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up, and support in govt policies and incentives processes. The role includes coordinating with internal teams on service delivery, maintaining accurate records of commercial activities, and generating reports for management.

Qualifications

- Commercial acumen with experience in managing contracts, pricing, invoicing, and business documentation and tally
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Training capability to support client onboarding, internal awareness sessions, or process-related guidance when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in consulting or services preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-driven industries in Northeast India is an advantage.
