About the Job We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Manager ( to support the delivery of commercial fit-out and design & build projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their project management career while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Lead the site delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure programmes are achieved.
- Liaise with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
- Assist in identifying potential risks, delays, and cost impacts, and support in implementing mitigation measures
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient project delivery
- Conduct presentations showcasing the company's fit-out capabilities and completed projects.
- Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
- Maintain CRM with lead status and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
About You
- Understanding of office interiors, workplace design, project execution, and commercial contracts.
- Ability to identify client requirements and develop value-driven solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.
Experience - 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within office interiors, design-build, workplace solutions, commercial real estate, or construction.
- Experience handling corporate office fit-out projects is preferred.
- Preferred location can be for Pune and also MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region)
