Job Requirements Job Title Commercial Manager – Data Centre Projects (Genset) Location Mumbai Department DEB Commercial Reporting To Regional Commercial Lead Role Purpose To support end-to-end commercial activities for Data Centre Genset projects by ensuring timely order booking, accurate commercial documentation, billing coordination, pricing compliance, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders to enable smooth project execution and revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders and execute order booking in ERP/SAP.

Verify commercial documentation, contracts, and statutory documents before order booking.

Ensure compliance with approved pricing, commercial policies, and Delegation of Authority (DoA).

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, SCM, Projects, and Service teams for seamless commercial execution.

Support billing activities by ensuring timely submission of required documents and billing milestones.

Monitor customer accounts, credit limits, and support Finance in account reconciliation and collections.

Maintain commercial trackers, order status reports, billing reports, and MIS.

Resolve commercial documentation issues to avoid order booking and billing delays.





Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company commercial processes.

Education & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.

MBA (Finance/Operations) preferred.

Experience 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Order Management, or Finance.

Experience in Industrial Equipment, Gensets, EPC, Infrastructure, Electrical Equipment, or Data Centre projects is preferred.

Working knowledge of ERP/SAP is desirable.
