Gyanic G-Tek Private Limited is looking for an experienced College Outreach Manager to build relationships with colleges, universities, libraries and student communities for its large-scale educational outreach campaign.

The selected candidate will be responsible for securing institutional partnerships, organising campus activities and generating verified student registrations for seminars, scholarship tests, webinars and educational programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Identify and approach colleges, universities, libraries and student organisations. •⁠ ⁠Build relationships with principals, faculty members, placement cells and student coordinators.

•⁠ ⁠Secure permissions for seminars, workshops, registration drives and campus activations.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute college visits across assigned cities.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct presentations and student engagement sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Generate verified student registrations through QR codes and approved registration systems.

•⁠ ⁠Recruit and coordinate campus ambassadors and student volunteers.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of institutional contacts, meetings and registrations.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Event, Marketing, CRM and Calling teams.

•⁠ ⁠Track college-wise registrations, event attendance and conversion.

•⁠ ⁠Submit daily and weekly performance reports.





•⁠ ⁠Travel regularly as required for campaign execution.

Candidate Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in college outreach, institutional sales, education marketing, student engagement or field activation. •⁠ ⁠Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently approach and coordinate with educational institutions.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with targets and managing field activities.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel frequently.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel or lead-management tools.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech companies, coaching institutions, colleges, universities, education fairs, campus ambassador programmes or competitive-exam education will be preferred.

This is a target-driven field role requiring solid institutional networking, regular travel and hands-on execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
