As a Collections Analyst at CORE, you will manage a portfolio of business customer accounts, driving payment collections and organizing collection plans to reduce past due accounts and bad debt exposure. Key Responsibilities ● Manage a portfolio of business customer accounts, following account-specific procedures and service-level agreements.

● Review and monitor assigned accounts and collection reports to ensure timely payments.

● Initiate collection calls to business accounts, build relationships with key contacts, and support strategic collections efforts.

● Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and follow-ups on payment arrangements.

● Analyze, research, and resolve client billing problems and deductions, identifying root causes of account delinquency.

● Review credit limits, assess account delinquencies, and make recommendations to management.





● Maintain organized documentation across customer portals and internal systems.

● Preserve a positive customer experience, escalate issues when appropriate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills ● Experience in commercial, business-to-business collections.

● Fluency in French language.

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze financial statements, including account reconciliation experience.

● Proficient Microsoft Excel skills for managing and analyzing large data sets.

● Experience navigating enterprise systems (ERPs) and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

● Strong skilled communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage difficult conversations.

● Excellent time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts.

● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.

● Sense of accountability and ownership of responsibilities. Nice to Have ● Broader knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable, and procurement processes.

● Experience with D365 or Microsoft Dynamics software.

● Experience working in a geographic context or with European clients.
