About the Role

PFL Finance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Collection Executives to manage MSME loan collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in field collections, portfolio management, and recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage collections for the assigned MSME loan portfolio.
- Achieve monthly collection efficiency targets.
- Conduct field visits for overdue account recovery.
- Monitor and control delinquency levels (PAR).
- Recover overdue and hard bucket accounts (60+ DPD & 90+ DPD).
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement cases.
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups and PTP (Promise to Pay) conversions.
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME Collections.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for field collections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Position: Collection Tele Caller

PFL Finance is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Collection Tele Callers to manage collection activities through telephonic follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in collections or telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding overdue loan repayments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments through outbound calls.
- Negotiate repayment commitments with customers.
- Record customer conversations and update collection systems.
- Meet daily calling and collection targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections or Tele Calling.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
