- Drive collections and recoveries through agency field teams within the assigned geography.
- Achieve collection, resolution, rollback, and productivity targets.
- Monitor and improve performance across Early, Mid, and Late DPD buckets.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and effective route allocation.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Track delinquency trends, aging, flow rates, and portfolio health.
- Monitor field visits and ensure productivity of agency teams.
- Identify high-risk accounts and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank SOPs, RBI guidelines, and Fair Practices Code.
