Experience in handling customer calls, payment follow-ups, and PTP (Promise To Pay). Strong negotiation and customer convincing skills. Ability to manage assigned collection pool effectively. Call customers for overdue payment recovery. Follow up on pending EMIs and bills. Resolve customer queries related to payments. Maintain call records and collection updates. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. ✅ Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass or above.
Basic
