Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Co‑Founder to join us at the ground floor. This is an equity‑based role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, shaping brand identity, and driving growth in a competitive D2C landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑create the brand strategy and product roadmap for preventive skincare.
- Lead go‑to‑market execution: customer acquisition, digital campaigns, partnerships, and community building.
- Drive financial discipline, fundraising readiness, and investor relations.
- Build scalable systems for sales, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate on product development, ensuring science‑backed credibility and consumer trust.
- Represent the brand externally with authenticity and vision.

- Background in Sales & Marketing (D2C, FMCG, lifestyle brands) OR Finance (fundraising, P&L; management, scaling startups).
