Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and onboard current co-makers
2. Co-ordinate with QA to implement the IPS (Innova Production System) at Co-maker facilities.
3. Identify and evaluate parts suitable for outsourcing
4. Collaborate with the Costing team to develop optimized cost sheets & Business Model

Ensure adherence to project timelines and delivery Schedules

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from Production, Purchase and Vendor Development Background from automotive, rubber and rubber to metal bonded industry preferred
