Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in defining and executing the company’s vision, strategy, and growth plans in the chemicals sector. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, involving close collaboration with other founders and core team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading business development efforts, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market and product research, and shaping key operational processes. The Co-Founder will build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, while contributing to financial planning, performance tracking, and risk management.



The role also involves hiring and mentoring team members, establishing a strong company culture, and making data-informed decisions to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, investors, and internal teams.
- Proven sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close strategic partnerships.
- Marketing capabilities, including developing go-to-market plans, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
- Research skills to understand market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and product development opportunities.
- Background or strong interest in chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Experience in building or scaling a business, startup environment, or entrepreneurial initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, taking ownership of responsibilities and collaborating closely with the founding team.
