About the Chance

We are hiring a Technology Co-Founder for a well-established D2C enabler with a strong presence in India and the UAE . The company partners with leading brands to build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce businesses and is now looking to accelerate growth through AI-driven innovation.

This is an opportunity for a technology leader who wants to build a business rather than just a product.

Role Overview The Co-Founder will lead the company's technology vision, product development, AI initiatives, and platform strategy while working closely with the business leadership to drive innovation and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering and product teams.
- Develop scalable eCommerce platforms and digital solutions.
- Integrate AI and automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI agents.
- Drive architecture, security, scalability, and performance of technology platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams to launch new products and digital capabilities.
- Represent the technology vision with investors, partners,



and enterprise customers.

Desired Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in technology leadership.
- Strong experience in eCommerce, D2C, marketplaces, or retail technology .
- Hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and system architecture.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI-driven product development .
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale products from the ground up.
- Experience managing engineering teams and delivering technology at scale.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background

- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom commerce platforms.
- Exposure to omnichannel commerce, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Prior startup or founding team experience will be a strong advantage.
