About Orizin
Orizin is building India's first spoon-free meal, a clean-label, high-protein drink made for people who don't have time to sit down and eat. No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, no added color or flavor, no fine print. What's on the label is exactly what's in the bottle. We're currently building our MVP and looking for a co-founder to help take Orizin from early product to a real, scaled brand.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on co-founder, not an employee, not an advisor. Someone who wants to build alongside the founder from the ground up and take real ownership of the company's direction and outcomes. This is an equity-only position at this stage; there is no salary until the company raises funding or generates sufficient revenue.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founder to shape product, strategy, and early growth
- Own a core function based on your strength, e.g. supply chain/manufacturing, D2C growth and marketing, or finance/operations
- Help make key early decisions on sourcing, pricing, positioning,
and go-to-market
- Represent Orizin in investor, partner, and vendor conversations as needed
Who We're Looking For
- Someone excited by clean-label, functional nutrition, and the D2C food space in India
- Robust ownership mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
- Background in one or more of: supply chain/manufacturing, growth/performance marketing, finance/operations, or product/tech
- Ability to commit significant time, this isn't a side project role
- Ability to also contribute capital is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This role is equity-only. No salary is offered at this stage. Equity split will be discussed and finalized directly with the founder based on role, contribution, and commitment.
