About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator and Setup Technician with hands-on experience in 4th and 5th axis machining. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge, precision-focused practices, and experience operating advanced CNC machines while maintaining production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate 4th- and 5th-axis CNC machines efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret machining drawings and process documentation.
- Record production data and inspection results for tracking and quality purposes.
- Load and unload raw materials, replace worn tools, and perform machine calibration.
- Monitor production processes to detect issues, deviations, or defects and take corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping (5S) standards throughout machining operations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings, including GD&T; and process drawings.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
- Experience with DMG MORI and HEIDENHAIN CNC control systems.
- Hands-on exposure to simultaneous 5-axis machining and turn-mill (mill-turn) machines.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and documenting inspection reports.




- Knowledge of production documentation, 5S practices, cutting tools, and fixtures.
