Position: CNC Operator – Milling (5 Axis)
Total Positions: 03
Total Controller-5Axis
Experience Required: 4–6 Years
Location: Ambattur,Chennai
Candidate Requirements
We require CNC Operators with experience in:
- Operating and setup of 5-Axis CNC Milling machines
- Hands-on exposure to Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenheim controllers
- 2D part programming and program editing
- Robust knowledge of milling tools, inserts, cutters, and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings
- Coordination with CAM programmers for complex/precision jobs
- Preferred exposure in aerospace, automotive,
or precision component machining
- Experience on machines such as DMU 50, DMU 65, DMU 40 (DMG Mori), Haas, and BFW
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Diploma Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace and Automotive engineering etc. Aerospace experience is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in operating
Additional Requirements
- Notice Period : Immediate Joiners preferred
- CTC Range: ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
