Role & responsibilities

- Manage the overall performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster.

- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability while achieving business targets.

- Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, average bill value (ABV), UPT, and productivity.

- Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers to improve business performance.

- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand experience across all stores.

- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock ageing, and shrinkage.

- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

- Execute promotional campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and marketing initiatives.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.

- Analyze sales reports and prepare action plans to improve underperforming stores.

- Support recruitment, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Control operational expenses and improve overall store profitability.
