Job Purpose To drive business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence across the assigned cluster of Gold Loan branches by leading branch teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Gold Loan business growth by achieving disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets across the cluster.

Manage and support Branch Managers in achieving business and operational KPIs.

Develop business strategies to increase customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling opportunities.

Monitor branch productivity, portfolio performance, renewals, and customer retention.

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, audit requirements, and operational SOPs.

Monitor overdue collections, delinquency, and NPA control while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.

Conduct regular branch visits to review business performance, customer service, and operational compliance.

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch teams to improve productivity and leadership capabilities.

Strengthen local marketing initiatives and build relationships with customers and channel partners.





Ensure proper valuation, handling, storage, and security of pledged gold assets.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Risk, Audit, HR, and Finance for smooth business functioning.

Analyze MIS reports and implement corrective action plans to improve branch performance.
