- Engaging the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
- Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
- Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
- Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan
