Role & responsibilities
We are hiring for the position of Cluster Business Head for the Retail Banca Channel with a leading Life Insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets across the assigned cluster.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
- Ensure productivity, profitability, and business expansion within the cluster.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling.
- Experience in Life Insurance and Bancassurance sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive business through teams and banking partnerships.
Compensation & Advantages:
