Role Description The Club Manager role at Anytime Fitness in Noida is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily club operations and delivering an exceptional member experience. This includes managing memberships and consultations, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.

The Club

Manager supervises and coaches staff, drives sales and membership growth,



and collaborates with personal trainers and coaches to support member engagement and retention. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, handling member feedback and issues, coordinating local marketing and community outreach, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.

Experience with sales, customer service, and member relationship management in a service-oriented environment.

Ability to manage daily operations, scheduling, and basic budgeting or revenue tracking.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to motivate and support members in their goals.

Comfort with using club management software, CRM systems, and standard office tools.

Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail management preferred.
