Role Overview iamneo is hiring a Cloud SME Trainer to deliver hands-on cloud training across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role requires deep cloud engineering knowledge, practical DevOps exposure, and the ability to create strong lab-based learning journeys for certification and real-world delivery.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
- 1+ year of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing sessions
- Hands-on experience in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience working with cloud services, deployments, or basic architecture design
- Familiarity with certification pathways such as AWS SAA, Azure AZ-104/AZ-305, or GCP ACE
- Experience conducting hands-on labs or guiding learners through practical exercises
- Understanding of cloud cost basics and governance concepts

Required Technical Skills Cloud Platforms

- Hands-on experience with any two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of core services (compute, storage, networking, IAM)





Infrastructure & DevOps (Working Knowledge)

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts

Cloud Networking & Security

- Understanding of VPCs, subnets, load balancing, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with IAM roles, access control, and cloud security basics

Monitoring & Cost Awareness

- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar)
- Understanding of cloud cost optimization concepts and tools

Hands-on Lab & Training

- Ability to design or deliver hands-on labs and sandbox environments
- Experience creating training content, exercises, or certification-focused learning paths

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver cloud training sessions across AWS, Azure, or GCP tracks
- Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and certification preparation
- Design and maintain lab environments for practical learning
- Support learners in understanding cloud architecture and real-world use cases
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback
- Update training content based on cloud platform changes and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learning outcomes
