The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops and validates architectural proofs to confirm the feasibility and robustness of the proposed cloud environments, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud applications.

Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to meet organizational requirements.

Document architectural designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in cloud platform tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.

Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

Ability to design and validate cloud architecture for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud workplace provisioning.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
