We are expanding and inviting an experienced Cloud Kitchen Manager to lead our Ayurvedic kitchen operations with excellence, discipline, and passion. ?‍? Position: Cloud Kitchen Manager ? Location: Thaltej, Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad ? Experience: 4–5 Years ? Qualification: Hotel Management / Culinary Arts ? Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the central Ayurvedic kitchen with focus on hygiene, consistency & quality.

Plan and execute production schedules based on daily order volume.

Supervise and guide chefs, cooks, and support staff.

Ensure strict adherence to Ayurvedic recipes, portioning, and cost control.

Conduct regular food quality checks, trials, and training sessions.

Coordinate with procurement for raw material planning, stock oversight, and vendor management.

Maintain compliance with FSSAI, safety protocols, and AYUSH quality standards.

Assist management in standardizing and innovating Ayurvedic menu items. ? Requirements Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.

3–4 years experience in a central kitchen, cloud kitchen, or QSR environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.

Knowledge of kitchen operations, costing, recipe engineering, and workflow planning.
