Experience- 8+ Years, Team handling- 5+ Years(with minimum 10 members in team directly reports to cluster manager) Role Description- The Cluster Manager – Prime LAP – Connectors Sourcing (8+ Years) internship role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting the sourcing and management of connectors and partners for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) operations within a designated cluster. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with pipeline development, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal sales and credit teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
The intern will help implement sourcing strategies, participate in market research, and support relationship management with external connectors to drive business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to operational and compliance standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in business development, sales support, and partner or connector relationship management.
Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to support sourcing decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess skills in documentation, reporting, and basic MS Office tools for maintaining accurate records and dashboards.
8+ experience or exposure to Prime LAP, or financial services sourcing will be beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
