Responsibilities: ● Audit existing cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean and others) and propose optimizations or migration strategies. ● Build, configure, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, containers, databases, networking, and self-hosted internal services. ● Design and implement scalable configurations and governance for core platforms (Google Workspace, Shared Drives, IAM), including permissions structure. ● Assess infrastructure and company-wide security risks; remediate issues and recommend resilience improvements. ● Design and maintain monitoring, logging, backups, patch management, and disaster recovery. ● Support internal product development with backend infrastructure, deployment, and systems architecture.

Requirements: ● 3–5+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or systems/cloud engineering.



● Hands-on with cloud providers (DigitalOcean, AWS, or GCP), Linux server administration, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and networking fundamentals. ● Experience deploying and maintaining self-hosted applications and internal tooling. ● Robust grasp of security best practices — IAM, hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation. ● Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and governance at scale. ● Working knowledge of monitoring/logging stacks, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning. ● Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar) and IaC exposure (Terraform, Ansible) a plus.
