SaaSNova accelerates Go‑To‑Market (GTM) success for SaaS companies worldwide. We help ISVs scale through AWS Marketplace, co‑sell programs, partner‑led GTM, and hyperscaler ecosystems.

We are expanding our technical team in India and hiring a Cloud/AI Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend workflows, agent‑powered automations, and AWS‑based systems that support our GTM operations. This is a high‑impact role working directly with the Founder and our Solutions Architect.

1️⃣ Backend Development for Agent‑Powered Workflows

Build deterministic backend workflows that integrate with LLM/agentic systems

Implement AWS Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Bedrock‑powered tasks

Enforce guardrails, fallback logic, and predictable agent behavior

Ensure outputs follow SaaSNova’s brand voice and tone

2️⃣ AWS Architecture & Cloud Engineering

Design and maintain secure IAM roles, policies, and permission boundaries

Build scalable serverless backend systems

Implement CloudFormation stacks, APIs, and backend services

Optimize Bedrock usage and cost efficiency

3️⃣ Integrations & Data Workflows

Integrate external APIs, MCPs, CRM connectors (HubSpot/Salesforce → ACE)

Support graph database integrations for intelligence workflows

Build ingestion pipelines for partner and Marketplace data

4️⃣ Documentation & Runbooks

Convert business runbooks into deterministic workflows

Document agent tasks, failure modes, guardrails, and orchestration logic





Maintain transparent technical diagrams and backend documentation

5️⃣ Collaboration & Delivery

Work directly with the Founder and US Solutions Architect

Collaborate with India operations team

Provide proactive communication and rapid iteration ? Required Qualifications

AWS Expertise (Mandatory)

4+ years hands‑on AWS engineering experience

Minimum 2 AWS Certifications required:

AWS Solutions Architect Associate (mandatory)

AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Developer/SysOps Associate (preferred)

Strong experience with

Lambda

Step Functions

API Gateway

EventBridge

CloudFormation

IAM

S3

Serverless architectures AI + Agentic Workflow Skills

Experience integrating LLMs (Bedrock preferred)

Ability to design prompts, guardrails, and deterministic fallback logic

Understanding of agentic task execution vs. deterministic orchestration

Ability to enforce brand voice in agent outputs Backend Engineering Skills

Strong Python experience (mandatory)

Experience building APIs, microservices, and backend workflows

Familiarity with graph databases (preferred)

Experience integrating external APIs/MCPs Soft Skills
