WE ARE HIRING – Clinical CoordinatorKey Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care and clinical operations.
- Conduct daily patient rounds, collect clinical updates, and communicate patient status to the respective consultants.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, investigations, referrals, and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Monitor quality indicators, infection control practices, and ensure compliance with NABH and hospital protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, consultants, and hospital departments to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: MBBS with MBA (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management) or Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health Sciences / Paramedical with MBA (Preferred).
- Experience:



Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply. Prior experience in clinical coordination is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations, patient care coordination, and clinical documentation.
- Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
