Role Description : The Client Success Intern will support learners on the Ostello platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the intern will respond to client queries, help resolve issues, and provide timely updates through calls, chats, and emails. The role includes guiding new users through onboarding, explaining platform features, and collecting feedback to improve overall client satisfaction.

The intern will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on concerns, maintain accurate records of interactions, and contribute to process improvements. This position offers hands-on exposure to client-facing operations in a fast-paced edtech environment.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for learners and educators via calls, chats, WhatsApp, and emails.

Guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of the Ostello platform.

Resolve customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution with high customer satisfaction.

Build robust relationships with learners to improve engagement, retention, and overall learning outcomes.





Follow up with trial users and inactive learners to encourage course enrollments and continued platform usage.

Identify opportunities to upsell premium courses, learning plans, and additional services based on learner needs.

Achieve monthly targets for learner activation, renewals, and conversions while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Collect user feedback, identify pain points, and share insights to improve the product and customer journey.

Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM too.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Basic sales aptitude with confidence in handling follow-ups, renewals, and upselling conversations.

Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Comfortable using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Previous internship or experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Support is a plus.

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet startups will be an added advantage.
