The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, reliable, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and resolve service requests promptly.

- Support client onboarding, documentation, and account activation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and service documentation.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable financial products based on client needs.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on pending actions.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce or any discipline.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management,



customer support, banking, insurance, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial advisory.
- Candidates owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred, as the role involves client meetings across Kolkata.
