Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing day-to-day client communication and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing and creative projects. This role involves coordinating with internal teams across strategy, creative, production, and social media to translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable plans.

The executive will handle client queries, prepare and deliver presentations, track project timelines, and maintain regular status updates to ensure client satisfaction. They will support account management activities, including documenting meeting outcomes, managing approvals,



and assisting in campaign performance reviews and reporting. The role requires proactive relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee deliverables, track progress, and support campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess confident Presentation skills to prepare decks, communicate ideas, and present strategies and reports to clients.
- Relevant experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
